All reservations made with Scorpion Sportfishing are confirmed with payment of a NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.  Deposit will not be returned for any reason.  Trips are only cancelled at the sole discretion of Scorpion Sportfishing, LLC in the event of inclement weather or conditions that make fishing unsafe.  In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT may be used towards a future reservation.

Scorpion Sportfishing LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Fishing can be a dangerous sport.  Although Scorpion Sportfishing does everything in their ability to minimize such risk, Scorpion Sportfishing can not and will not be held responsible for any injury to person or property while fishing on The Scorpion, El Regalo or with Scorpion Sportfishing LLC.  By submission of deposit, all participants agree to the terms of the Scorpion Sportfishing Participant Agreement.
